It is a good talk, but - what is gratefulness? This is the bad side of it I usually see:

I see this in people who are infatuated with themselves and their lifestyles. The world, including people, becomes nothing more than temporary backdrop for their blog-photos.
I haven't worked out why I get disguste with it. Something about a growing conviction, something about needing to give back what we take from nature. The giving needs to involve breaking sweat, repeating the phrase "I'm so grateful" can not be enough. It is easy to be grateful when you are doing the receiving.
To be grateful when you are giving, that is the test.
