I can imagine 2 distinct forms of impact we would have on the larger reality (and NPMR) system in the event of weapons of mass destruction being used.
The first of which you have already mentioned. A mass exodus of beings suddenly needing to be "processed" into NPMR is (I think) more traumatic and disturbing than you give credit for.

And the 2nd would be in terms of Entropy. The levels of fear, anger , and hate that might correspond to the escalation of tensions, culminating in the use of WMDs, could have a detrimental increase in the overall entropy of the system. As the entropy levels rise and fall (here in our PMR) the entropy levels of larger system would be (I think) directly effected.

Entropy does not work that way. Just as board members get the idea that significant changes as improvements are being made in their lives because of reading MBT and applying it, which does not happen so fast, the idea that things could go that negative so quickly is also in error. Lots of fear and problems in PMR, yes. Lots of entropy change, no. Entropy change is at the being level and our digital IUOC simply does not change that readily. Remember, it takes many lifetimes to produce significant change at the being level.

If you think in terms of perhaps the descriptions of Robert Monroe or Michael Newton, you can imagine a lot of disruption. When you allow for Tom's descriptions on top of this, the system can handle it. Such changes might take a while to assimilate but there is slack in such changes. A little more wait in the 'line' and the transitions can be handled. NPMR is a big place with lots of inhabitants.

This PMR exists more years, that our science is able to calculate. Population of Earth might come and go, but a reboot button is in LCS's hands (of course, Big Cheese has no hands or body, but a small button is somewhere floating in a void, you know. Just kidding. ;-)) ) and another program would be running to bring a fresh start here or some other place. NPMR can accumulate all of us for a while, and after a recovery program will help a majority to recuperate, i.e. to learn, that old dream is over, but a new game is already up and running, many of us will volunteer to taste pudding again. It will be another adventure kindergarten/rat lab bubbling up here, that's it. No damage done to NPMR or IOUCs. We don't know how many times some programs/PMRs were shot down by LCS, and how many have destroyed themselves and have been replaced by more productive PMRs.

I remember one dream, I was staying by a roadside and an endless column of people was slow moving toward something. I don't know what was their destination. I asked someone, might be it was my guide, is it how dead in mass from disaster come to this place? They all looked like they were sleepwalking. He said, that this is a most safe way for so many people to start their way here. It gives them time to become aware, that they are not in PMR anymore. At the same time they don't feel lonely. It wasn't scary at all.

My ISP (powers that be) seem to be letting me listen to this. There's a lot more history than most people believe. I haven't figured if rebooting this VR, or rather "how" this VR rebooting effects historical artifacts but just know there have been several different Reality's using this VR going WAY back, way way even. :)

ISP is Internet Service Provider. The company that provides the connection to which your computer is connected for Internet access.

Btw, has anyone listened to Bashar? This is something I would just view as nonsens just a couple of years back. Now suddenly it all makes so much sense. Even if Daryl Anka should be insane (which I dont think he is), the information he is coming with is often very clear and very close too what Tom is talking about.

Except for the Alien part ofc. Bashar talks about amongst a few things, when it comes to aliens, that our governments knows about them, but one part of this is because of the nuclear threat. The people Bashar represent are not allowed too make contact with us before we allowe it, but they will interfere if we again pose a nuclear threat, since this will tear through the fabric of cosmos.

I don't believe any of this, though Ive suddenly become very open-minded and skeptical, and review all of this sort of information, and don't dismiss it anymore as I used to do before.

A search for Bashar on the board brings up 70 posts, prior to your own. Check them out. Is there something new to point out?
