Raduga has updated his free online book and below is my brief outline of his current introductory method
1) 6 hours sleep, wake by alarm
2) drink glass of water
3) go to bathroom
4) re-read these instructions
5) stay awake 3-50 minutes
6) focus attention on mental review of indirect cycles, fall asleep
Below, if you start to get a result or something strange, suspend cycling to the next step and keep at whatever you are doing to intensify, then try separating
7) upon waking naturally, try to separate for 4 seconds by rolling, levitating or standing up, non- physically
Pick 2 or 3 of 8)-12), do 4 repeat cycles before returning to 6)
Indirect Cycles
8) imagine rotating on a head to toe axis, 4 seconds
9) vividly imagine swimming, 4 seconds
10) peer into darkness of closed eyes, through any images that form, 4 seconds
11) imagine feeling, seeing, hearing rubbing hands in front of your eyes, 4 seconds
12) imagine wiggling your hand or foot, 4 seconds
13) go back to 6) 7) 8) -12) as many cycles as time permits
