I am not sure if I am allowed to make a thread whenever I have a question or if there is somewhere I can ask a few formally but,

Is stating that PMR is not real only used as semantics to illustrate that this frame is not the only frame and that there is more than this reality?

If our PMR is simply an illusion and only consciousness is fundamentally real then wouldn't PMR then by extension be just as real?

The way I see it is that it's all real since it's all consciousness and nothing is an illusion beyond the belief that this is the only frame of existence.

If there is a thread going on or from the past on the subject upon which you wish to ask a related question, then it is suitable to ask it there. Otherwise create a new question. Part of the idea is to group things together. Part of the idea is that in looking around, you are likely to find that the questions have already been answered. Learn things form the forum as there have been many great discussions in the past.

Your present question has been discussed in many places. The concept is not that our PMR experiences are not real. It has been stated frequently that they are just as real as anything else and we are intended to treat them seriously and on face value as a physical reality as the only reality we have. The question of Illusion comes in because the typically assumed 'fact' that this is a deterministic physical reality is in fact an Illusion but as it has been phrased, it is a very persistent illusion, paraphrased from Albert Einstein's quote.

This VR of PMR is actually a subjective reality, based upon probability, instead of being a deterministic and objective physical reality. As part of Consciousness Space, it is subject to change by mental means, Intent, adjusting the probabilities. This is what permits healing.

Okay sorry about that I have watched almost 30 hours of Tom now and spent 8 hours or so going through all the old threads and couldn't seem to find that question answered.

Instead of creating a new thread I have another few questions if you wouldn't mind me asking them here.

When we OBE or dream is that the being level being expressed or the intellectual?

An OBE is you as your IUOC connecting to another data stream than the normal PMR stream representing the input from your 'physical' senses. That is your nominal body remains in place as it is represented in the VR data stream while actually it is no longer represented there except as some other person, or perhaps you yourself, might observe it. Your IUOC connects to the different data stream representing whatever experience is provided in that out of body experience. You could be floating at the ceiling and looking down at your virtual body. You could be up in the sky looking down at your city. You could be on the moon, looking over the shoulder of an astronaut in his space suit, presuming the right timing.
