HI Ted,

Sounds encouraging!!
I got my ingredients from ebay, the seller was very professional and the stuff came extremely well packaged.
Best as always to check the seller out first but I'm really very happy with my purchase. :)

I gather from my research that a good deal of L-Ascorbic is made in China with the USA being the major importer from China,it sounds like whatever you buy will most probably come from china?

Good health my friend!!
Wayno

Update on the juicing of Broccoli......

I am now well into my juicing experience and it gets easier everytime I take the juice.

Heres my findings....

Carrot,Broccoli, lemon, olive oil and water seem to be the best combination to me.:)
This is obviously personal taste ,well I hold my breath so not much tasting goes on but hey I'm really enjoying the experience.Honestly!!

I put a whole organic carrot in the blender but peel it first!!! I also find it best to roughly grate the carrot into the blender to help it blend.Carrots just don't blend well, trust me on this one.
I then take a medium sized Broccoli head and wash it under the hot tap before giving it a blast under a full boiled boiled kettle of water, just to kill any bugs.
Cut the heads off the broccoli only and use very little of the stalk,I sort of trim it with a knife as if cutting grass and don't use the thick stalk at all. If you do it will take ages to blend properly and then may leave the mixture lumpy.

Add the juice of one or two lemons as per taste.lol
Add between 50ml of water or whatever you feel neccesary because this amount will vary dependant on the amount of lemon or olive oil you add.
Add a slug of olive oil,I do this because I'm eating a lot less fat and oil these days so I want to try and up my levels of beneficial oils. If your getting plenty of oil in your diet then you can skip this but if your sceptical then pleae don't be because you won't know the oil is in there once juiced.

Whirl it all up into a big frothy mess and drink that bad boy down with your nostrils closed.lol

Please give it a go.:)
I don't want to be the only one suffering this.lool

Seriously though... I feel awesome and I'm stoked at the amount of beneficial amino acids this stuff provides.:)

Enjoy!

Love,
Wayno

Thank you K&D for making the video available! The audio whetted my appetite but seeing everyone's faces again is AWESOME!

This is a DVD I will pay money for if it comes out, or if Tom's YouTube channel ever decided to become subscription-based I, as the addict I am, would pay. The fifty bucks I pay Conscious Media Network for an annual subscription is totally worth the money. YouTube user twcjr44's channel would be worth even more to me.

K&D, I could never repay you for letting me come to Charlotte this year and NYC last year to meet Tom and everybody, it's so wonderful to be part of this group!

Those of you that haven't met him yet, you really are in for a treat!

Attention New Englanders/New Yorkers/Northeastern TOEHeads - want to join me in putting together a Northeast US regional group?

Love,
Lynda
