While I had a fever last year, I caught a glimpse of one of my guides. When I was a child and had a fever, I would often see a few individuals hovering around me or sitting near me and watching over me. I didn't recognize their faces at the time, but they might have been some guides. When we perceive ourselves to have fevers in PMR, does the PMR consciousness start to focus on NPMR? Is this why I begin to perceive people from NPMR that I don't recognize?

The physiology and biochemistry of fever simply puts you into an altered state of consciousness that weakens your connection with the PMR foreground. Mediation accomplishes a similar thing. While in this state where the voice of PMR is muted, your connection to and awareness of other activities of your consciousness (e.g., communicating with your guides, or just noticing or exploring some of your other connections within NPMR) are more visible.
