It sounds like it might be helpful. Tom may still have some books left over to sell yet though, and that might inhibit that happening. You can maybe get most of what you're looking for at google books, which has a search function as well in it,
http://books.google.com/books?id=YxMf-l ... q=&f=falseToo, I think, when you get right down to basics, for us evolving "astral" proletarians, the operational substance of Tom's main message is:
If you take responsibility for your consciousness, it's activity and direction, you will find yourself evolving in a direction that feels better than the region you leave behind. Do this by 1) learning to focus your awareness reliably; 2) learning about, mastering and overcoming fear; 3) Learning about belief systems, how they shape your awareness, getting leverage over the ones you operate with and then learning how to managing them intelligently, including that set of beliefs called 4) ego. And then 5) Go have a look at the realm you inhabit and see what's there!
That, and digitality.
[Personally I would add 6) and become conscious of where your "I am" function is constellated (many westerners do this in the "mind", others do this in the heart (here the primary sense of self being composed of flavors of 'love', or spirit), or in the "belly" (in which case you have a person, often of strong tastes and temperament, that is street-wise and quick on his feet, spotting and seizing opportunities or detecting danger in a visceral, almost animal sense); and to take conscious possession of the responsibilities associated with that, including primary choice of realm, and awareness of how it (that I-am) interfaces with other I-am style choices.]I think he has a recent post here somewhere largely to that effect (summing his message, not sure where to find it though). Re-reading the book constantly (I am not faulting the activity, afterall, I did it myself with Seth books way back when, until the point came where the ideology became diffused throughout my own psyche,) is essentially to use it as a meditation device. Nothing wrong with that, really. I guess just best to understand that you are using the product in that way. It sort of brings to mind the Sutras of Pantanjali , which are pithier, but again, used as seeds for meditation.
For study and revisiting ideas about the essential topics (Ego, fear, belief systems, what not), you can get more stuff than you'll ever need by googling the term along with limiting conditional terms ("fear overcoming 'mother-in-law' "), (courage developing), etc.
I think Tom would prefer to discourage obsession with his particular production, (or anyone else's) preferring that folks make what use of it they might, and, moving on, maybe hopefully reporting back on any interesting TOE-ist related ideation they may turn up, or making others aware, when appropriate, of his ideas and his books. But, once we
get the essential idea set, the thing to do is to fabricate ways to implement them, and then do that.
I don't want this to sound critical or judgemental. It isn't. I have a habit of addressing others in this sort of environment (open, inquisitive) as I address myself, and so that is why this tone. ( :-) In one sense, at least, perhaps we are all talking primarily to ourselves, almost all of the time, in this world.)
-all just my Sunday morning return on the subject.
