I don't "lovey dovey" love Ted. I hardly know Ted. Love here is more like "know." It does not apply specifically to Ted or specifically to anyone here. I just want to make that really clear. When Ted is making threats and scolding and assuming he knows all about somebody (and specifically then) he's doing a specfic non-holistic thing with information. That's getting in the way of my knowing Ted or Ted knowing me. This is a basic principle and the me and Ted thing is just an example.
A lot of this comes down to simple habituation. We're very habituated to a certain pattern. I must emphasize, that at any given point, you may or may not be getting the full IMPLICATIONS of what I'm talking about. You MAY. Or maybe you might not quite get it. You probably do but ... how can I make this really crystal clear... over habituation ITSELF has certain affects on awareness. < for instance this, you may just read that and not QUITE see what it means, and what the importance is.

Yeah it can be hard to make yourself understood Lynda. There's just a big ego pattern going on with Ted of which he's not fully aware. Like when he he said: "if you had crossed the line I could have just deleted all your posts" and things. The ego sees a lot of power in its "ability to annihilate or invalidate or to exclude." That's its prize posession, it crowning acheivement. But it's not real power, its a fundamental mistake about the whole nature and reality of power. Almost like a reversal or a confusion. Real power is in the other direction. Ted, if you're reading this, well, read it. But I'm not saying you're really like this. In fact that's the whole point, none of us are really like this. The whole appraoch is wrong. Something is going on and its not well understood, or better yet not clearly perceived as much as everybody may think it is.
Take a look at the post I just put in "Philosophy/Metaphysics" if you get a chance. You'll see how it relates. References Bohm and Tom. There's a huge frontier right beyond these ego hassles.

You have an amazing power to reverse, misunderstand and generally not get it. I pointed out what I have the ability to do as administrator to point out to you that I have no interest in doing so just to prove that I have power over you. I do not have this power in the sense that I will not misuse it in order to control you. I would however greatly appreciate your coming to understand that rational and meaningful communication using words in their accepted sense of meaning or in a specifically described sense of meaning applied in that present moment and context is much greater and more useful than ad hoc stream of consciousness adaptation of words to fill slots without regards to their meanings. In this regard, I am reading your other long post. I have had to wait to finish it and so far have only reached one point at which you seem to have succumbed to creating a word or a meaning for it rather than being clear. I took that as a good stopping point until I had more time to analyze what you were saying to try to discover what you were talking about there. But I congratulate you on having strung together more words in one place that were rational and readily understandable than I have ever seen you do before. Keep that up and we all may find that you have something useful to say after all.

hahah ok man. Actually I thought that post needed to be distilled so I just like deleted it and did another one. About the other thing I was trying to make a general point about power - how in a sense we think it is to destroy information, but it is really to create or connect or communicate or something along those lines. Power is in the simpler sense force or energy but it's a question of how that's being used. I didn't mean to make you out to be too much of bad guy bro, sorry if I did that.
Damn now I'm thinking that I shouldn't have deleted that post because it appears a number of people started reading it. If you still have it open and haven't refreshed you can still read it. Let me know if you do want to read the rest and
