Looking forward to feeling the energy of the room filled with such IUOC's, in addition to meeting the northeast forum members as well as everyone else attending.

Oh hells yeah, Om's (hi Mike) coming, now I have to go! :) Do we just find a hotel near the Meta Center? I m very ignorant of traveling stuff, the entire plane thing will be new to us. Nerve wracking for a neophyte.

I tried finding where Keith instructed those of us interested in New York to send him an email and he would inform us of accommodation information - I can't seem to put my hands on that thread, did I imagine the whole thing?
I thought you guys were taking the train?

My daughter has rejected the train option, it will take too long and we will be stuck in a metal tube much longer than the metal tube we will be in an airplane in. My major malfunction with flying, at this point as I am not afraid to fly, is being stuck on the tarmac for 6 hours with no water or potty, and how that may play out. Then there is Arthur and the whole "air captains", and how sometimes people with autism get "misunderstood" as he is big and bearded. Shhhh, I'm scaring myself. It'll be fine, but yes flying will be the way to go. If I had my druthers I'd beam us there.

Hey Keith or Donna, do you have any accommodation info on NY for us? ;)

I don't know about hotels but I am looking at parking information, my sister suggested iconparking.com and it's very user-friendly. So far I've only calculated Friday night, but it looks like it will cost about $30 to park for four hours (I used 6-10 PM), if you are interested in parking information please let me know and I will post more.

I'm a little shocked at big city prices, and stuff. I couldn't imagine charging for parking anywhere in my city, but who knows what the future may hold.

I've seen the dates for the next london event but there are no details on the events site. is this still going ahead? how and where can i get tickets?
