Hi Justin.
I just finished reading Cosmic Voyage by Courtney Brown. In this book he used his knowledge on remote viewing from the military training to target non-physical entities and places (e.g. Jesus, Budha, the Greys just to name a few).
What is truly remarkable was that I found the information to be accurate. I say this by following my intuition. He has some videos posted on youtube so you can check them out.
But the greatest thing that I've learned from reading his book and site is that you must have a good methodology in which you can learn to remote view by doing it day by day. This means consistency , perseverance.
http://www.courtneybrown.com/ - his main page. He gives his 2 books on remote viewing for free - Cosmic Voyage and Cosmic Explorers
http://www.farsight.org/SRV/index.html - I think he developed Farsight Institute to learn other people to use his skills; the think that is awesome again is that he gives his whole take on remote viewing for free - and that means 18 hours intensive course
They even have targets to be practiced by the public.
In the podcast session from his main site he lists the whole course audio taped from his lecture classes on the university in which he teaches social sciences. I wish I had this kind of teaching at my university. He puts his students to learn social science by reading science fiction novels (e.g. Foundation series - Issac Asimov, Ender's Game - Scott Orson Card, Ursula K. LeGuin - Left Hand of Darkness and others). I am really impressed by this guy :). Can't you tell? :D
