Hi all,

one of Tom's central premisses is: the rules of a subset/subsystem don't apply to a larger system (or even to a different subsystem).

Now, if one is serious about it, developing a TOE in a language (scientific or not) which is inevitably interwoven with the rules of a subset like PMR doesn't make any sense, coz it's inevitably prone to error. In order to get a grasp of any bits of "truth" of a different system, we would need minds (and a language) that developed accordingly to the rule set of that system. Anything else represents an interpretation more or less distorted by the constraints of our original rule set (i.e. concepts like mind, conciousness, evolution, [cosmic] love, [sub]system, quantum mechanics, etc. be all PMR derived and therefore be not suitable for a TOE - not in its original meaning). If Tom's forementioned assumption is correct, there seems to be no way working around this epistemological trickiness.

Welcome to Tom's MBT discussion forums. Since you're not over in the beginner's thread I'll say you're starting off wrong with this: Since in a fractal Reality that is wrong, and Tom didn't say it that I know of. Tom's two assuptions are that Consciousness exists, adn that Evolution happens. The rule-sets are DIFFERENT in sub-set such as this Physical Matter Reality here and the larger set of NonPhysical Matter Reality where the rules of physics are LOOSER, you can fly in your dreams, right?

Fractal reality ... good point! But when I'm flying in my dreams, physics are not looser, instead they seem to be pretty different. Therefore I'm asking, if this is really on fractality.
