hello to all - would just like to say it's great to have found this board, and have just begun reading My Big TOE as of last night (almost finished the first book - it's like candy - totally irresistable!). started off with watching tom's lectures, then dove into the book - fabulous! it feels like the culmination of a lifetime of studying/researching all things metaphysical, and launching into a whole new dimension - totally awesome. it's just the stuff i needed at this point in my journey.

so, again, very excited to have joined the group, and look forward to connecting/sharing ideas, insights, etc. with my fellow travelers on this forum ~

cheers from canada...

Welcome to the board Taz! I'm from Canada too.

You may find that your progress slows down a bit in the second and third books. They are a bit more meaty and I found that they required more contemplation. Just a heads up.

hello fellow canadian! thanks for the heads-up, m, but no worries, the 'meatier' the better! i seem to have a knack for immersing myself in complex studies that at times, makes my brain melt! but, always emerge with a greater understanding regarding my sense of reality - love that!

thanks again ~

What are your main previous influences?

As we are getting top heavy with Canadians, I have temporarily repositioned my sensor platform to Florida to even things out a bit

hmmm, good question, kroeran. i suppose, without discounting those influences from earlier on in my journey, of which there were many (chopra, abraham, walsch, bashar, doyle, moody, et al), i would probably have to say the following (not necessarily in that order), for those who really created a paradigm shift in my whole idea of reality.

seth books
the ra material (law of one)
robert scheinfeld
eckhart tolle
bruce lipton
alan watts
bob monroe
michael newton
neville goddard
nassim haramein
a.r. bordon
chaol (a poster from another forum - incredibly thought-provoking concepts)
tom campbell (obviously!)

and i'm sure, a host of others who i haven't thought of at the moment. i also have my own experiences as an energy healer to confirm 'my' truth of alternate realities - tom's concepts just happen to expand the understanding of my work, to a whole new level.

i also find it interesting that this is actually the first time this question has been asked of me. it really made me think as to who, exactly, has had such a profound impact on my conscious development. thanks so much for inquiring, kroeran!

is there anything currently in your PMR-life that you feel is a limitation or is a frustration? money, work, love, health...

Perhaps being asked so many questions when you have just stuck your nose in the door?

Welcome to the board from lurkerdom.

i would have to say at this point, no. but again, i attribute this to having done much work in suspending life-long beliefs, hence, finding myself where i am today, with very few (if any) issues. whatever does happen to come up, that from a limited perspective, appears say, negative, i 'get' now where it's most likely stemming from.

just wondering, kroeran, are your questions coming from a curiousity standpoint, or are you going somewhere with this?

peace ~

suffering from a deficiency of operational problems (I am sure temporary), and an excess of problem solving capacity, I turn to others in search of system load to maintain personal equilibrium

most people find this to be an annoying intrusion ; - )

Randy,

Why not give this new book a look, via their web site link: viewtopic.php?f=8&p=47088#p47088

Tell us what you think of them and their TOE. You might even buy the book and provide a real review. It is just a download with no delay to get it. Save me having to read it all as I can't buy it right now and their claims are high enough to rate a real reading by someone who can sift it out thoroughly. Tell me you have excess capacity at present and I can fill it with useful work for Tom. This should match your analytical range well. If they are worth it, post them up on the fellow travelers thread in the reference section and then write a Wiki article for us. Lots of things that need doing around here. If you want more useful work to test your skills, I can find it for you.

Ted

I will commit to making an attempt at the mental level...I can't vouch for how my R-complex and HS will feel about this, maybe I can jolly them along
