I know he didn't actually observe it but in a sense he did. What if Light is free to move at any speed it wants or was until it was observed or that it simply meets our expectations. It seems to me that light is free to travel at any speed it wants and we have screwed ourselves by making it 186,000 miles a second. Just some food for thought. And maybe particles would move at that speed but waves could at any speed it cared to. I'm now you will say that light is not consciousness but I would argue that light is consciousness.

Light is a component of the data stream that generates our perception of the PMR VR within our digital minds as IUOCs. It obeys the PMR rule set in its behavior. That rule set is not perfectly well know to present day science but they are working at it. Its speed does vary depending upon the medium through which it is traveling. It still is very fast at even its slowest.

I get high from the mania Ted and I don't always remember what I've done what I have yet to do, but I'm pretty happy right now just knowing you are out there...well, out here really.
