Attending does not have to be physical. You can attend to your thoughts, or you can distance yourself from them. Huh? This makes no sense. For example, in meditation you try to not pay attention to running thoughts and the "monkey mind" in general, or letting it flow in the background wit...

Lena, end did you try zeland metod ? Does it work ? R. I just finished his first audiobook, and am on to the second one, and I can already see that it is pretty much Murphy's "The Power of your Subconscious Mind" on steroids. He adds such System's tools as "Pendulums" and "...

Do you understand that these Q/A sessions are done over the Internet and no one 'attends'? This is the very kind of chat comments that should not be placed here. Ted Attending does not have to be physical. You can attend to your thoughts, or you can distance yourself from them. Moreover, if there i...

Hi all, I finished a second general introduction video supplied by Keith from MBT Events that was taken from 20 minutes of Tom talking at the beginning of 2016 MBT L.A. event which was mainly to introduce Tom's physics experiments that will test MBT's veracity in understanding the mechanics behind V...

To clarify, by "genetic fears" I meant our instincts - as an example vast majority of people are at least a little creeped out by spiders and snakes, of falling, drowning and starving - not many of those things are present in the NPMR as I suspect, I haven't been to NPMR aside from my dre...

I dont' know what you mean by this. Genetics gives us eye color, hair color, skin color, etc. But there are no genetic fears. You may come into an incarnation with a high entropy, and perhaps some PMR conditions that make you more susceptible to develop fears. But it is not a genetic component. Hmm...

Remember that the "child" is not actually a child. The brain of the child is part of the ruleset of the VR. So it is a constraint on how the FWAU can interact in the VR. The child is acting at the being level, with the additional constraint of the brain capacity for whatever age the child...

Thanks, great post. Sounds like we're in a similar boat -- these are all things I think about. I think the crux of the question for me is this: which (fear) battles are worth fighting? It seems there are situations in which one could just keep smashing against the proverbial wall with courage while...

Great thread... lots of really good answers here as well as in the actual Fireside Chats. Question: -------------------- Tom, You often mention that courage is the antidote to fear. When faced with a fear, one should confront it. You also often mention letting things go and being comfortable with w...

I can't wait to actually see it in print/online. It is a great introduction to MBT and a very straight forward summary as I read through the draft ; ) Makes me really excited to think that more Poles will find out about MBT : ) I hope the magazine's chief editor forwards you the feedback they get af...

Do specific lessons that need learning run in consecutive lives ? It would seem logical for a IOUC to concentrate on a certain fear or further developing a part of itself over consecutive PMR lifetimes from different perspectives until that fear is abolished or lesson learned at the Being level. I'...

Linda, We might as well forget it and let him ask his dumb question as he will never be satisfied otherwise. He cannot tell the difference between metaphor, simile and fact. And he is not willing to pay attention in order to understand. Perhaps Tom will be willing to waste time on it and he can be ...

hello Tom, I have both a comment and question , which is based on a recent discussion in the forums about the use and early development of Binaural beats and the Tuckahoe Hotel experience which is mentioned in book 1, chapter 9 of MBT. . This discussion developed from an initial skeptic attitude on...
