I have no idea and frankly do not care as it is not important to MBT theory or other similar models, in my view. If you watch the video, it walks you through the CIA site and how to retrieve it from there. You asked for the doc referenced in the video and now you have it. You decide the weight you give to its credibility.

As an aside, it is not a CIA document. It is a book (or essay) that was allegedly classified by the CIA in 1963. It was likewise declassified in 2013 after a request under the freedom of information act, allegedly.
