Can anyone point me to techniques for removing fears?
Self-monitor your emotions. Whenever you have a negative emotion, there is very likely some fear or other at the root of it. So, when you notice one of those negative emotions in yourself, dig deep to see what, if any, fear is there.
Then, when you identify the fear, choose love instead. Love is about other. Help other people. Think well of them if you can. Put yourself in their shoes, and see what insights you can gain. Think of their benefit, and promote their benefit. Ultimately, they are all of the same fabric as you: a small piece of consciousness, a small subset of the LCS, each one more-or-less blind, deaf, and alone, doing his or her best to make it through this challenging and confusing reality-frame, usually in the only way they know how.
Then, when you've replaced fear with love, and have been living that way for a while, notice how life "tastes." If you're doing it right, life will taste sweeter. There's less struggle, less fear, less ego, fewer beliefs, more peace, greater strength, more connectedness, more compassion, and an expanded sense of the big picture. Life flows better; harmony arises of itself, for it is what naturally arises once fear has been swept away.
You flow in a kind of grace, as though you were the music of wind in the trees: light and yet grounded, here and yet not here, known and yet unknown, still and yet moving.
