Wow! Just thought I'd let you know what happened. First: I am doing very well, I actually started walking upright for about 2 weeks now. First time in 5 years!!! second: Sunday 11 something really strange happened and I'm hoping that you can help me to understand. I did my meditating like we talked about and I went to visit my friend. I didn't give it anymore thought till, and this is the strange part, out of nowhere came a blinding white light like the one I see when I meditate. It entered through my eyes and then I had a dystonia attack. This is the funny part, I was cracking everywhere, spine, sacrum, shoulders everything was cracking. Usually nothing cracks with those attacks. With the dystonia it's normal to be down for about 3 days, on the 4th day I felt better and the 5 day I was back to driving and walking. Normally that would have taken up to 3 weeks to accomplish.
Quite frankly it's been 5 years since I have walked this good or even felt this good. Yesterday I was cutting a pattern for a dress on the floor, I had to quit my back and shoulders were raw, it hurt really bad. Then I started what I thought was another dystonia attack. It was 2 complete sessions of about 5 minutes each where the bones started cracking loudly and my body was contorting in every direction. I could actually feel the bones moving and hear it. The first session I had grabbed the ice dispenser on the fridge and the other hand was on the counter, the right leg shot up in the air and I was balancing on the left leg. Everything started to crack and move. It stopped completely for about a minute, then another set of movements where in between my shoulder blades it started cracking loudly right up to my head, one bone cracking right after the other, where the head went up and to the left and my sacrum cracked 3 or 4 times. I could feel the bones moving and feel the adjustment. When it was done the muscles started to relax and I got control over my body again. I felt great!

Ok, as for Frank... he has been feeling pretty good these last few weeks, even put weight on ( which he had been losing quite a lot of) pain in his back is now minimal...his cancer specialist is very pleased with him & impressed he hasn't had any side-effects from the chemo.
However, he did point out that the chemo is not a cure. Said they would see him again in 6mths for a check up but if he himself felt, or found, any changes to get in touch immediately.... well up to now he is feeling fine, Pat sent me a photo text message & yes, he does look better than he did.

Pat...now then, this is a strange one,the Dr who had been looking after her in hospital mentioned to her on the day they let her go home that he wasn't happy with her scan results, there were differences showing up from her previous one, glass opacities & that he would let her specialist know. I looked up some of the medical info that he had put on her discharge letter, to be honest it really worried me, although i did not tell Pat that, i just said it all meant inflammation of the lungs.
She went for a few breathing tests....&...surprise, surprise, her results were much, much better than the ones they had from last year? This confuses me?
She has felt much better in herself definetly, more positive than she was & not full of anxiety & fear that had been tormenting her before.
