Thank you, thank you Tom for being willing to give up so much of your personal time to do seminars and radio interviews.
I really enjoyed listening tonight and these shows really help me put the pieces together.

Listening to the recording of this interview now. Tom keeps saying that there are a good selection of tapes left of him, his partner, and Monroe in their experiments. I thought I also heard Tom say that many of those were available on YouTube. I haven't come across them yet, anyone else find them yet?

I think it'd be a major addition to archive here at this forum/website, no? Anyone wish to help me find them? :)

Love,
JWG

Probably, they usually are. Click Steve's original link and then search around for "archives" or a thumbnail of MBT.

Edit: This might be it: http://www.blogtalkradio.com/solana/201 ... ana-psychi

Edit #2: Here is the download link (thanks Gerik!): http://www.blogtalkradio.com/solana/201 ... d=download

I enjoyed this interview too. Tom seems more fluid with each one.

Tom, I wonder, have you considered maybe doing video lectures? Anything from 5 minutes to an hour or more on whatever topic strikes your fancy, and then youtubing them? One a week and soon you would have a specialized body of material out there.

I understand that money matters, but consider this:
http://www.slashfilm.com/2009/01/23/fre ... -increase/

Monty Python was a known product, of course, but that doesn't mean that the principle wouldn't operate.

JWG: There are some tapes over on the TMI site:
http://www.monroeinstitute.org/download ... er-series/

Steve: In the discussion about the sunviewing, we may have been talking about two different individuals afterall; What I recall reading was that there were no gods, belief systems, or even meditation involved with the process. All you had to do was look at the sun in the prescribed fashion. Otherwise, You could as well be doing anagrams with your grocery list, it didn't matter. I had saved the PDF but it is on a hardrive in a fried computer now.

Thanks Tom and all for making this interview available.

Montana

Hey Montana,

Yeah, i knew you were talking about a different guy but i thought you were using him and solargazing as a comparision, as did Tom when i asked him about it during the interview. It is the solar gazing gentlemen my friend knows, not this guy in India.

For awhile now I have been talking with Tom and Keith about Tom doing a podcast. At least an audio one, video would be a bit more challenging. I will work on Tom about this more once he gets out here to Hawaii. I've even outlined the topics for the first 10 shows. You are right, after awhile it would add up to a nice verbal walk through of MBT.

Best of all, podcasting is Free, totally flexible to Tom's schedule, format is flexible. Great exposure, lots of places to post podcasts, even itunes. I see it as a win/win all the way around. And forum members can contribute questions, topics, and plenty of talent to help with production.

What do you all think? Would you like a My Big Toe Podcast?

Steve.

I am listening. I just listened to the part where he said you can skip negativity and look at it from above (without feeling superior). I am doing that often lately and it works great. I recommend it (meditation and/or attracting loving vibrations to repel fear for those that can). There is no point on feeling down just because everybody is down, and they think "how can you be happy?". We need to raise the level of love and less fear around instead of letting us be driven by the fear around. Fear is all over (also in that next corner).

I think the video idea is a great one! I know you're browsing around on here right now Tom. I use a nice, inexpensive Flip handycam for my YouTube videos. I know the HD version is inexpensive as well, and nice- for around $150. I could help you with whatever audio/video editing you need, as that is kind of a strong hobby of mine and I have the complete Adobe CS4 suite. :)

Even just 5 to 10 minute videos on specific topics, or clarifications or what-have-you.

SS:

I would say at the end, when he said: "The only thing you can say to insult me is to call me normal". Loved it. Who's normal in this board? hahaha. The abnormals are making a lot of sense, though. I am not crazy, I am just free from the wrong beliefs :)

And Cole, you should get CS5 now, it's already out. When are you gonna show up @ American Idol, hermano?

Yes! It's a great idea, and it's even very easy to do such thing as there is no big logistics and planning and such. It's simple, effective and low cost.
