The google page is almost content free. On the main graph, the way it coming up on my rig at least, the y axis is unlabeled. Similarly, we are to infer that we can get a sense of attention relative to country of origin of visit, but we have no idea of frequency. Clicking on the US, I just have a real hard time believing that Louisiana is the source of more visitors than any other state. How could you explain that...? Is the MBT forum PM system being used to route cocaine out of the state?

Just doesn't make any sense.

As far as I understood it, that is the representation of the search term: "my big toe" and from where and how often it was used through Google.
Not everyone searches through Google (I do, though) and not everyone, once he/she found some place, will go through a Google search again to reach it.
I just use bookmarks or just know the address. The browsers memory of what was typed into the address bar also helps.
No need for Google again unless I need to find something new and interesting to me.

... in Louisiana they may be interested in that subject for more practical terms while never arriving here ...

one can learn more about the scaling here

http://www.google.ca/intl/en/trends/about.html#7

It appears that a small section of Louisiana is known as "The Big Toe" of the boot shaped state, and it would seem that the google trend algorithm may be a bit polluted with that

It would not surprise me though to find that New Orleans had a few TOE-heads...it is one of the most NPMR-aware places on the planet.

Boot "my big toe" is the term, correct?

when I googled "My Big TOE Louisiana", I saw a reference to "the Big Toe of Louisiana", which is where I think the problem is

people in Louisiana may be googling Big Toe related to searches on that part of the state.
