I was wondering what you guys think about this.

About 3 or so months ago, i was quite upset in bed, and while this was happening, I heard a voice in my head saying 'dont worry adjustments are being made.' When i finally fell asleep and woke back up, I started noticing tingling sensations.

First it was sort of off and on. When i felt joyful, I would notice pleasant tingling sensations along the back, sometimes strong sometimes not. Lately, I've also noticed a hotter tingling sensation from time to time on my skin.

What are these tingling sensations caused by and how do i figure out the cause? I mean, I've heard stuff like chakras opening up causing that sort of thing, but that seems not that great of an explanation ....

Ask the voice in your head. How would we know other than that this is a VR and such things are possible.

Hi Starry,

For what it's worth, I get tingling sensations from time to time as well. Based on my own experiences, it is sometimes my "guides" giving me information. Generally I get those tingles when I am thinking about something meaningful or important, and whether or not I'm on the right track. I basically treat it is a good sign and positive feedback.

Sometimes I'll be wondering about something and pose it in the form of a question to my guides. Sometimes I'll get a tingle in response, and sometimes not. If I don't get anything, it usually means I'm either wrong or the question is irrelevant. :)

I have experienced a lot of this tingling sensation during various stages of my developement. It was particularly strong and frequent for the first half of last year.

It always seemed to coincide with (what I can only call) periods of progress. As msagansk says, I also associated it with being on the right track.

Thats what I associate it with also guys! But I also get some hot tingles when i try to still my mind, or when im not thinking much at all, not unpleasant just mildly hot. Negative feedback huh, that doesnt sound right ... maybe I just need to think about my intentions then ....
