It just occurred to me...what does it say about our quality of consciousness when we spend millions of $$ on fireworks while there are so many people in need...

Pipeman - It says we still have a very long way to go. Think aboot what nations collectively spend on parades, inaugurations, coronations, celebrations.....while some peeps live in plastic bags on the streets. On July 4th alone Americans shell out 7 BILLION. BTW I don't know if you are into aromatics but I got a tin of Cult Blood Red Moon...off the charts good. And that was $12.50 U.S.

I was mainly referring on a society level, you know, cities and states...like for instance I read London spent some £2.3 million for last New Year's fireworks. If an individual likes to blow money on a big bang and some light, fine, but that as a society we do this...
@Chixter Not really into aromatics, and anyway would be too much of a hassle to order from the US.
