I contemplate any messages I received overnight or any dream experiences I may have been given and what they mean. I decide if I need to act or change what I am doing in my life. Often I get future data meant to be helpful. I decide what I should do to help this happen or prevent it from happening. .. but that is rare .. as soon as I wake up I realize the truth I am waking up in a simulation and what that mean for my life. Take notice of what you remember clearly waking up as often you have these memories available for a reason..

Well Ndubueze,

Ive been nursing a injured knee for a week and haven't been able to do what I do,, But normally wake up at 4:30, down a cup of black coffee, Down a TBS of C60, down a dropper full of CBD Full spectrum oil, down 3 advil, take a S&%$ , maybe... take a puff off a joint on some days ;) then out the door before 5:00am walk for 2 hours on a blank canvas about 6 or 7 miles , back at the office and get ready for clients.. noon or 7:00 pm depending on heat of the day I take the mountain bike out for 1 hour or 12 miles, this has dramatically reduced the power the little shit in my head has over my mind.

Not sure what is being asked.

Each person is in a different place.

The foundation of a good day is enough
sleep and no illness.

So I invest a lot of attention there.

I am starting to figure out the importance
of scratch cooking and eliminating preservatives
from my diet.

Time consuming.

As a retired person, my day is self directed, so the
challenge is to generate meaningful goals
I care about.

I am caring more about physical stamina, so I am
investing in that. Repairing or building something
keeps me moving.

My daily growth challenge is to regulate my emotional
reaction to negativity, nihilism or depressive
interaction with FWAUs I cannot avoid.

I try to pick adventure, novelty or social intensity when it is
presented in my decision space, subject to practical and
ethical constraints.

I''ll confirm that my experience of scratch cooking is time consuming, for a start. I'm still working at 66yo, so working it into my schedule is a bit of an issue.

I have one recipe that I scratch cook and the only down side I've found is my appetite for that recipe drops into a hole when it gets hot, and I can't eat it. This whole last fall winter I was rolling, but when the 90's hit in July I had to find something else. And that something has preservatives and all the other things I'm trying to avoid. Shucks. Can't wait for fall !
