I can't use earphones - are Tom's beats Denied Me?

Post by CaregiverJoe »

I have meniere's disease. This is an inner-ear problem that can cause vertigo. I found that in listening to Tom's beats I began to get severe tinnitus. Therefore, I had to stop.

Maybe I am just not meant in this life to explore.

If I played the beats loudly in a small room, could this have some effect without overpowering my damaged ears?

If you have a stereo player place the left and right speaker close to the left and right side of yourself , turn up the volume a little bit more and this will work.

You don't have to use binaural beats to explore NPMR. Just learn to meditate and reach point consciousness. Ask questions if you are not sure what this means.

The only thing I have found binaural beats to be good for is helping you to learn how to get into a meditative state quickly and after a little practice you can get back to that state with minimal effort and when you are proficient in reaching the states you drop the beats and go it alone, under your own power where the real fun begins :))
