Double Slit Experment... made easy

Post by Justin »

This video is simply great and cleared up any confusion that my artist brain had about the double slit experiment: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DfPeprQ7oGc

Dr. Quantum is my new hero.

Hey... imagine an animated version of Uncle Tom explaining MBT in a similar manner. That would be amazing.

I agree Justin, that's a great explanation of the 2-slits expt!

And...with a fuller head of white hair, Dr Quantum could just double-up for TC...

This has reminded me of one of the most profound additions to MBT - Ted Voller's Virtual Reality Rendering Engine paper.

I am stunned, every time I read it, with the elegance of Ted's analysis. Like Salieri to Mozart, I am awed by this work. Unlike Salieri, I feel fortunate to live in a world with the person who wrote it.

Dr Quantum is one of my heroes, too.

He's Fred Alan Wolf, author of 'Taking the Quantum Leap': The new physics for non-scientists, 'The Yoga of Time Travel': How the mind can defeat time and 'Parallel Universes': The search for other worlds. (That's what I just dragged out of the bookcase next to me, I'm sure there are more).

Recommended.
