Hello MichaelCaldwell.

Thank you for welcoming me.

I was born in Poland and for last 18 years I live in the UK. My wife is British. We have three sons.

I came across this forum 10 years ago and couldn't unfortunately understand much what was said in conversations due to my poor English. As it stands now my English is much better. I am ready for it.

I have watched Tom's videos on YouTube. My wife is getting for me a copy of the MBT trilogy for Xmas. Can't wait for it.

I am practicing meditation for more than five weeks. Twice a day and whenever I can close my eyes. I have been asking for help and guidance and I have been having dreams to help me find the answers. So far so good and still so much more to learn and understand.

I am looking forward to sharing my progress on applying Tom's teaching in every day life.

Be good. Wish you all well.

ojo,

It's great to have a new member from Europe. And your English is pretty good. I can just imagine how difficult it would be for me to try to learn how to speak and write in Polish.

I hope things go well for you and your family.

Hi dinha.

Thank you so much for your welcome.

I am busy trying to balance work, home and reading posts on forum.

Since Monday I didn't have any meat. I am cutting down on suger. I have established communication with my guide. I am trying to meditate in any condition, whenever I can close my eyes.and dream s work.

That is what I am up to at the moment.

Wish you well.

Hi dinah.

I have just seen my misspelling of your name.
Sorry.

Yes, communication with my guide work well.last night I have asked to be shown around NPMR.
As I was meditating I found myself feeling very heavy, vibration occurred and bright lights.my head was empty I did not experience anything like that before. And suddenly one strey thought came across.and I knew in that moment I am not ready yet to experience what I asked for. I need more practice my meditation skills. Lesson learnt back to basics.

Wish you well.

Hey Ojo,

Tom has mentioned sugar-substitute Stevia. In the US there are several brands in either granulated or fluid. You might see what can be found in your area.

I presently use both a granulated and a fluid form depending on whether I'm cooking or baking.

Unless you get pure Stevia it has some chemicals mixed in. I do use Stevia and I don't worry about the chemicals, but if you want to be pure you have to read labels. It can have a funky taste if you use much of the pure stuff.

Hi RBM and Sainbury.

Thank you for your advice.

I can see now that being vegan is not that easy.

Thank you again and wish you well.

Not that easy, can be putting it mildly, at times, for myself. I don't miss meat, but the sugar cravings sneak back up on me at times. So I resort to my standby culinary solution of Banana-nut bread. That's enough to dispel the sugar cravings ... nowadays.
