Shipping your order to you

• You have several carrier and speed of delivery options.
• Shipping costs and a $2.00 handling fee is added to the cost of your merchandise.
• In most cases (if the items you have ordered are in stock), your order will arrive in less than a week.

Returns and shipping merchandise back to us

• If the problem is our mistake (improperly filled order, or damaged goods), we pay return shipping; otherwise, you pay return shipping.
• All unused books that are returned within 10 days of receipt will be refunded in full (cost of books, shipping & handling, and tax).
• All unused merchandise (other than books) returned within 30 days of receipt will be refunded in full (cost of goods, shipping & handling, and tax).
• Merchandise that has been damaged or noticeably used or altered by the customer is not returnable at any time.
• Merchandise that has been held by the customer beyond the 10 day (books) or 30 day (non-books) grace period specified above is not returnable without special permission (granted on a case by case basis).
