The video game metaphor makes it easy to understand quantum mechanics. One of My Big TOE’s key contributions to physics is providing a logical explanation of this supposedly "weird" science. Just like in a video game, the system computing our virtual universe only renders on demand, and to the extent and level of detail needed by us, the players. It does so , i.e. when we request the relevant information. Particles remain probability distributions until we make a measurement, i.e. when we ask the system to tell us where they are or which path they took in a setup like the Double-Slit Experiment. Because the system is conscious and intelligent, it knows at any time whether a photon must be rendered as behaving like a wave or like a particle.
